Swedish Massage: The most classic and well known form of bodywork, Swedish massage involves long gliding strokes to relax the body and relieve tension. This calming massage is general in nature and provides relief to tired and stressed muscles, can lower blood pressure, and ease aching joints.
Deep Tissue: Deep Tissue Massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissue. This massage goes beyond the superficial muscles to the deeper layers of tissue to relieve chronic pain or aid in muscle recovery due to injury.
Neuromuscular Therapy/Trigger Point Therapy: NMT is a specific technique that addresses myofascial pain through treatment of muscles at their origin and insertion as well as deactivating trigger points that may cause local or referred pain.
Sports Massage: A combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques used to stimulate and prepare the body for athletic competition.
Pregnancy Massage: A Swedish massage involving specific posturing to aid in comforting an expectant mother during the second and third trimester of pregnancy to relieve stress in back, hands and feet.

Postural Assessment: Assessment of postural distortions allows therapist to make specific changes based on your body to help you achieve a more balanced posture. Postural balance allows for pain free joints and muscles, better balance, and greater ease of movement. Part of every session!
Muscle Energy Technique: A great technique to quickly and easily reduce pain and increase range of motion and flexibility. Gentle assisted stretches with slight resistance from the client allows the joints to increase their range and mobilize joints without pain.
Myofascial Release: Specific techniques used to mobilize stuck and restricted connective tissue in the body. Myofascial work reduces scar tissue and adhesions that interfere with muscle function. Myofascial release is also effective for the elimination of trigger points.
Russian Medical Massage: These massage techniques are more specific in nature than Swedish. Advanced techniques support athletes at any level of competition. Sports massage helps prepare the body for activity as well as recover after activity; it can rehabilitate an injury as well as help prevent injuries altogether. All techniques are pain free for the client.
Pregnancy Massage: Massage is excellent for women throughout their pregnancy. General and specific techniques combined to provide relief to aching backs, leg, and feet, or anything else that hurts on the mother-to-be. Side-lying postures are utilized to keep the session safe and comfortable.
