Do I need an appointment or can I come in right now?
You do not need an appointment, just walk in and we will take care of you. We are open 7 days a week, Mondays – Fridays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Do you treat children?
We see children 2 years old and older.
What do you treat?
We treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries including back pain, cuts and infections. We also provide a wide range of preventive care or physicals that may be necessary for school, work or summer camp.
When do I need to go the emergency room?
A list of situations where you have to go to the emergency room is posted under Services. Some of them are: chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe abdominal pain, loss of consciousness, excessive bleeding, active labor.
What is the price of the visit?
If you have insurance your co-payment will be significantly less than in the ER, usually between $20-$50. Cash paying patients will pay a flat rate of $150 for the visit. However, X-rays, suturing or diagnostic tests are additional charges.
Do you take insurance?
We take most major insurances.
How long will I have to wait to see a doctor?
Wait times at Healing Heart Urgent Care & Healing Center are significantly less than in the typical emergency room. Usually you will be seen within 10-15 minutes of completing your check-in.
I can’t get to my doctor early enough, can just walk in for a check-up or medication refill?
Yes, we can see you same day without appointments.
What if I need to see a specialist?
If the provider feels the need to refer you to a specialist like a Cardiologist or Endocrinologist, a list of specialists in the area will be provided to you at check-out.
